Thank you for your enquiry. You are welcome to come and study at (UM). However, I do not have funding to support new graduate students. You can still apply in anticipation that I or another UM professor (in Food Science) may obtain new funding in the coming year.
I visited 我的学校 in September this year. I was hosted by ProfessorA（我院教授）. He is familiar with our campus. You can consult him if you wish.
于是我这么回复她：
Thank you for your reply.I will consult Professor A on 6th December because he is on a business trip now.
Even you or other professors may have no fundings to support me ,I will go on my application and I will try my
best to find scholarships from companies or by other ways.I hope I can study at UM in Autumn,2016.
她没回复我，我私下里和A教授沟通了 ，了解了这个学校的情况，当然A的意思是这个学校不是非常优秀，不过如果我想去，他可以帮我写推荐信。于是我在12.15号又给对方学校的教授这么回复：
Dear Prof.
My name is XXX。 I am currently a senior student mentored by professo*** in the laboratory focused on soybean and plant protein.
Last week I consulted Prof.A about UM, and he strongly recommended me to apply to the Food Science program in your university. He also told me his feelings about UM.I sincerely look forward my further study in UM.
If you need any information or need me to do something,please tell me .
然后她依旧没有回复
我知道老师今年没钱，明年才知道有没有funding， 但是我想我是否可以接下来这么做
1.我去找我们院的A教授 争取让他们之间能说上话，但是由于我是拿这个学校保底的，万一最后我没有去，会影响A的信誉吗？
2.我继续和UM教授保持联系，因为学校的网申要写一个statement of advisor,我现在也没有明确要的老师，别的我都没有套磁呢，我如果写 只能写她的，我是否可以问她怎么写？
3.我继续套磁这个系别的老师，看有没有明确要我的，但是只能等到圣诞节之后了。
