【已出租】小单间招一靠谱妹子！有陽臺哦！乾濕分離浴室哦！沒有廳長哦！

【地理位置】从观塘地铁站C或D口出去后坐电梯5分钟内到达，去九龙或港岛都非常方便。适合在港岛上班的女生，亲测港铁到中环30分钟。比住太子、旺角之类的环境好。也适合在城大、浸会上学的妹子，地铁不用换乘，亲测港铁到九龙塘15分钟直达。近科大也适合在科大上学的哦~周围巴士站也很多，习惯坐巴士的亲自行导航一下就能找到好多线路。观塘站A口就是APM,购物饮食有多方便不用多说。有大型商场，也有惠康百佳，更有物美价廉的街市。生活不能更便利!
【大厦概况】小区有物业保安，单元有密码锁，管理严格，安全安静。位于11楼，室内干净新装，三房一厅一厨一卫，带超长阳台。三间卧室分别是大、中、小，具体几坪不太清楚，每个单间限住一人，不设厅长，共住三人。不近马路睡觉安静，採光通风良好。
【要出租的房间在这裡！！！】
要出租的是三房中的小房。配置：上下床。写字台和衣柜放在客厅。下床底层有三个大容量抽屉，上床有一个连通天花板的储物柜，非常方便储物。我自己住了将近一年的感受：房间虽小，也可以很温馨，储物方便，有什么乱七八糟全都一股脑堆到上铺去了，而且客厅可利用的空间很大，大部分的时间其实是在客厅和室友吃吃喝喝度过的，只有睡觉才会回房间嘛，比当厅长舒服太多。
缺点：1.房间除了自带的上下床，只能放一两个比较小储物架，其馀都放不下了，所以有大件可以放在客厅。2.冷气机的声音有些大，睡眠特别不好的人慎重（但是有一个风扇，对我这种晚上一直吹冷气会死星人简直是救星啊！我喜欢风扇！）3.大厦有些业主是养宠物的，所以偶尔会听到狗叫声，但不会是在休息时间。4.房间没有门，（一共三間房，除了大房都沒門，不知業主搞什麼飛機呀），但是每個房門對著的都是墻，所以也沒影響，我淘宝了一个厚门帘，用了快一年，也没觉得有什麽不方便。
【整套房子详情】客厅有带贵妃椅的沙发、电视，厨房有大容量冰箱、电磁炉而非煤气（安全很多），乾湿分离的卫生间。个人觉得这个很重要！！！早晚冲凉和洗漱上厕所都不会冲突，节省了很多时间。最大优点：客厅外有一个细长的阳台！这在香港是多麽可遇不可求！一年四季都方便晾晒衣物，再也不会有衣服潮潮晾不乾的困扰。而且在阳台可以看到一丢丢远处的海景哈哈！比起某些酒店公寓一套房间住四五个人还有厅长的住宿环境，住在这裡真的会让生活品质提高不少！家电配备齐全，可以拎包入住（个人生活起居用品还是要自己备齐哒），省去了顾VAN仔买傢俱的烦恼。
【关于你未来的两位室友】现在我的两位室友，中大和浸会的毕业生，已在香港工作一年以上。一名在会计师事务所，一名在金融公司,都是作息规律热爱生活的靠谱姑娘。希望有缘的你爱乾淨，能自觉打扫房间（没有值日表，都是靠自觉），不会经常12点以后回家，因为香港的房间隔音确实都不怎麽样。为了整个房间的安全考虑，也不欢迎带陌生人回家。
【叨叨半天价格才是重点】长租：
4000
HKD/月。水电网三人均摊（网络是香港宽频，月费168，每人固定的每月56）。
这个房子是我的同学（大房室友）在去年8月中整租下来的，我和她一起搬进来，之后又招租了中房室友。我们为了大家方便，所以约定如果在18个月内退租就要负责找下一任室友。我这间小房原本是3950，但是由于刚搬进来时是空空如也的房子，自己掏了不菲的中介费管理费地税等等，钥匙路由器以及客厅的公用家具也都是辛苦搬来，所以这六个或七个月租金定为4000整，不再单算那些七七八八了，麻烦。租满六个月如房东没涨价那么可以恢复3950/月。为了整租下整个房子的妹子的利益着想，你需要把房租给我，由我每月按时转给整租妹子，因为她有什么事方便找我对接，毕竟是我找的室友哈我要对她负责，换句话说你要是不交租也得我负责，当然相信不会的啊哈哈。这里不存在什么二房东多挣钱之类的乱七八糟，租房合同也可以给你参考！）
在这里住了快一年，真心觉得是性价比很高的房子。我因为父母以后经常来港所以要尽快搬家，现在就为这个小房间找一个主人，主要是本着对其他两个室友负责的原则，希望可以找到双方都满意哒！欢迎联繫我看房！（端午去深圳，从本周日可以开始看房啦）
关于租期，因為到今年八月中一年死約結束了，可长租到明年初（2017年2月12日），相当于只有六个月，太灵活了有没有！之后可想续租退租都随意。7月13日起租，时间可根据彼此情况再调整哈。
