地點：大圍金獅花園一期，10分鐘到大圍地鐵站

合租：3人合租，廳和另一房間各由我與舍友分住。我們都是留港工作的女生，作息規律。人都nice好相處。希望找性格開朗的妹子一起住。

房租（月付）：3000hkd/月 4250/3=1416hkd 中介費（我們是找中介找的房子），一次付清即可

起租：即日起租

家具：床，桌子，熱水壺，洗衣機，冰箱，椅子（我跟舍友提供）
