Responsibility:
1. Guest Relation Officer will communicate and collecting hobbies ,memorable days ,will have to strive to AMAZING guests
2. Guest Relation Officer is familiar with city and tourist information ,Provide service and information to guest in the most appropriate way
3. Guest Relation Officer will keep a sharp eye out for defective equipment or items in the room and have them replaced or fixed as rapidly as possible
4. To be flexible and willing when asked to fill in any areas where needed to help in an emergency or difficult certain circumstances as assigned or required by Front Office Manager
5. Guest Relation Officer Grooming and uniform is impeccable with regular inspections by the Front Office Manager daily;Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager
Qualification:
1. age20-30, 158cm and above (Female Preferred), excellent team player with " can - do" attitude
2. Personality: Proactive, welcome, good communication skill
3.Basic Communication in Chinese Language, fluently in English
4. At least one year experience in similar Industry, Hospitality Industry Preferred
5.fluent in Excel, Word, MS Office software
