我的一位合作者，现在马里兰大学公共政策学院任教。经常带学生一起发表。手里有NSF grant。想招对能源和环境经济学感兴趣的博士生。

Dr. Yueming Qiu, Assistant Professor of School of Public Policy at University of Maryland College Park, is seeking a Ph.D student starting in Fall 2018.

The student will work on NSF-funded projects on energy economics, with a focus on energy efficiency and electricity demand. The projects will examine consumer behavioral, economics, and policy aspects of energy efficiency, using quantitative analysis methods including econometrics, statistics, and machine learning.

Ideal candidate for this position should have strong quantitative background and interest in energy economics.
