前阵子拿到UQ的con-offer后，走了一点弯路，想跟大家分享一下

我的condition是要提交notarized certificates，原文如下：
(1) A copy of your complete official academic transcript(s), which should include all subjects you have studied or are undertaking and the results whether passed or failed. Copies of the original language transcripts and official English translations (if applicable) are required.
(2)A copy of your award certificate. If you have not yet graduated please provide an academic transcript or an official letter from the institution which notes that the award requirements have been met and that you are eligible to graduate. Copies of the original language award and official English translations (if applicable) are required.

然后我在论坛上看到mobyyoung童鞋的经验是做了清华认证，于是我也去做了清华认证（好像收了760?超级无敌贵啊），然后把清华认证的文件连同之前的成绩单（都是扫描件）一起传了上去。（至于为什么都是扫描件。。。因为之前所有材料，包括英文成绩都是提交的扫描件啊orz）

结果不行

。

然后我才发现人家官网（https://graduate-school.uq.edu.au/certified-documents#top）上有很详细的解答：
简而言之，所有从非211学生，以及福州大学和厦门大学的学生都需要做清华认证，并且要从清华认证那直接寄给UQ。211大学的学生，学校教务处密封并且直接寄给UQ的中英文成绩单/学位证/毕业证；如果像我一样，已经毕业或者暂时不方便回学校的，可以用毕业时开好的成绩单/学位证/毕业证（密封，中英文），找UQ授权的中介提交，完全免费。

我后来就就近找了一个中介，去到之后需要签署一个授权书，然后他们当场打开了密封的成绩单和毕业证的中英文件，然后审核了一下没错之后，就加盖了他们自己的章。说会帮我提交给学校。
然后大概3个工作日之后我就收到交钱的邮件了~交完钱就收到CoE啦。。

我个人觉得找中介提交还是比较方便的，不用担心国际邮件会不会丢啊，速度也非常快，而且，免费啊免费。。。
唯一的缺点就是，现在经常接到中介的电话，问我需不需要他们帮忙做签证/租房子/接送机，说会给我优惠的价格。。。orz

希望我的教训可以帮到大家。

DIY一定一定要仔细看官网的说明。。。不然就会多花钱。。。

帮楼主改了一下标题以便突出主题内容。其实在官网给出的四种递交方式中，authorised representative 只是其中的一种。另外三种渠道也是完全可行的，大家可以根据自己的情况选择最适合自己的方式~

LZ,意思是就算con-offer里没有说要清华认证，非211的也要去做清华认证嘛？而且一定是要清华认证邮寄给学校，那学位证毕业证那些还是可以上传扫描件的是嘛？

是的，非211必须要做清华认证，并且直接邮寄给学校
只有学校的扫描件上传不足够满足condition

好滴，谢谢LZ啦~那其他的condition是交扫描件就可以了么？就是毕业证学位证翻译公证件、完整成绩单~

具体有哪些要求？

* Notarised copies of academic transcripts or records provided by an institution that include complete details of the results of your study at that institution in all programs and courses, whether passes or failed, and an official explanation of the grading system used. Separate annual result statements or a memorandum of results are not sufficient.
* Notarised copy of your award demonstrating that it was awarded according to the regulations concerning academic degrees in the Peoples' Republic of China.
* Please note: certified copies are required in most instances. A certified copy is a photocopy of an
original document, which bears an original signature and stamp with a certification that the document is a true copy of the original by a person approved to certify documents.
这个意思是成绩单给学校开的英文原件就好，学位证毕业证需要清华认证嘛？

还有就是....我申的是master of computer science(management)，是两年制的，con-offer写的也是Conditional Offer for Master of Computer Science (Management) ARTICULATION，可是为啥里面还有一段话是这样说的：
This is an offer for the Master of Computer Science (Management) (Articulation). The Faculty has decided that you are to first enrol in the Graduate Certificate in Computer Science (CRICOS Code: 073267B). On successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Computer Science with a minimum cumulative GPA of 4.0 (on The University of Queensland's 7.0 point scale), you will be eligible to proceed to the Master of Computer Science (Management) (CRICOS Code: 073269M). The total time to complete the program via this route would be 4 full-time semesters (2 years). If you accept this offer you should ensure that you contact
the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology to discuss your program plan.
意思是我去了是先读certificate?

这个就是如果你是211，可以直接让学校教务处把英文成绩单密封寄给UQ
如果不是，清华认证之后，直接从清华认证那个中心寄过去
总之，自己拆开信封上传扫描件是不行的。。。

你是不是跨专业了。。
不过我没遇到这个情况，你要不开个贴再问问其他大神。。。。？

没有耶...我本科是bachelor of engineering...然后申的是master of computer science...好滴，谢谢你啦~

我也收到了这个conditions，怎么知道是不是authorised representative呢？另外一定要密封给中介吗？
