近期申请香港理工大学，在推荐信的填写中遇到很诡异的事件。我是从申请系统的上传材料一栏下载的PDF推荐信格式，结果发现其中的：

其中的“Chinese proficiency”一项，与

居然不能同时选择。

我联系了秘书，对方回复：

“The Academic Secretariat suggests to use the word format to fill in the report form. Please find the attached form for your use. ”

所以，建议各位申请香港理工大学的申请者及时联系秘书获取WORD版推荐信。

我申请的是应用社会科学。申请系统里有一个栏目是上传材料，可以下载推荐信和研究计划的格式文件，但是不能够上传推荐信。推荐信只能是由推荐人通过邮件发送的。

请问楼主，推荐信表格里面的签名，是打印出来签了再扫描嘛？
