Application Evaluation Form作为整沓材料的第一张，简要叙述姓名学历哪儿来的什么
的。还有GRE，TOEFL和先修课程。我的GRE和TOEFL上打了两个大圈，并且很大惊小怪的
画了俩惊叹号，让我怀疑这个评审老师看过的中国学生材料不够多。之后是各项evalua
tion，包括letters, statement, research experience, strength and weakness of
application（我的只写了strong in English）, area of interest然后是老师签名。
最后会有一个总结性质的acceptance level.

接下来是resume，ranking被画了圈，还有所做的research的具体内容。可见写resume还
是要把具体做了什么，有什么成果写出来，不能条条框框，干巴巴的。Volunteer work
划了线，以前传说中的老外很看重这个果然不错。还有computer languages。
