Job Description
1. Responsible for the scheduling, preparation and reception of business visits, meetings and events;
2. Assist in tracking work progress, author memos, minutes and documents;
3. Assist in investment research, including data and information collection and analysis.
4. Arrange office daily operations, and perform a few outdoor assignment such as bank-in and delivery of documents.
5. Complete other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
1. Legally allowed to work in Hong Kong;
2. Good team spirit; honest, reliable and easy-going personality;
3. Strong organizing, coordination, communication skill
4. Good sense of judgment, decision-making, planning and execution;
5. Strong MS office skills and other tools.
