我按着大家和网站给出的方法与提示注册了BOLE的账户，收到了关于修改密码的邮件（邮件内容如下：Your new BOLE account has been created. You must login again to change your password and to complete your Profile），然后点击进入修改了密码并完成了profile，但是最后提交之后，出现了以下表述：
You have selected Foreign Law Study (Board rule 520.6) as your qualifying method but no evaluation was found for your account.
You must file a "Request for Foreign Evaluation" prior to applying for the NYS Bar Examination.
Click link below to be redirected to the "Request for Foreign Evaluation"
Use the same email and password you used to log into the Online Application to log in to the Online "Request for Foreign Evaluation".
