Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:
1. Assist in research design and research process management, including writing research notes, searching and summarizing literatures, preparing research related materials (e.g.questionnaires, interview outlines, and other instruments), and organize surveyand interviews;
2. Assist in qualitative and quantitative data analysis;
3. Assist in other academic works, such as sorting reference list, and coordinating proof reading, etc.;
4. Assist in preparing teaching materials (e.g. PPT, in-class assignments, mark sheets and questionnaires);
5. Assist in classroom (attending and observing during class, grading of students’ work, compiling feedback report and answer questions) ;
6. Other teaching-related tasks as circumstances require;
7. Other tasks assigned by the professor and Dean’s Office.
Job Requirements:
1. Master student with research experience in OB HR or management field;
2. 1-2yrs relevant working experience;
3. Proficient in academic literature search via on-line database or library resources;
4. Familiar with quantitative analysis software like Stata, SAS, C++, SPSS;
5. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability;
6. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity;
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with abroad range of individuals and groups;
8. Able tocommit for at least 1 year.
