格式调不明白了，凑合看吧
排序依据是US News2020排名*3+其他四个榜的排名。
分别是泰晤士2020，QS2020，软科2019（官网还没有2020），以及Paul&Ted改进的综合学术影响力排名。均为法学学科排名。
四大榜数据来自官网，学术影响力排名来自学律。
其中仅在一两个榜出现，usnews排名又非常低的，就没有放进来。

铁定不是一个特别科学的排序方法，只是我自己参考用的。
