------题目------
Truly innovative ideas do not arise from groups of people, but from individuals. When groups try to be creative, the members force each other to compromise and, as a result, creative ideas tend to be weakened and made more conventional. Most original ideas arise from individuals working alone.
------正文------
Do innovative ideas arise from people working alone or groups of people? Some people might claim the latter one due to the fact that group working is a trend society requires urgently nowadays. However, after scrutinizing many fields of the society, I believe it is individual where innovative ideas [ mainly derived from.
First, we could focus on the business field. Though methods such as brainstorm are well received by most enterprises, they could not overshadow the true originator of innovative ideas. When people are discussing plans or investments together, their minds would easily be disturbed by others, thus makes coherence impossible. However, the innovative ideas doesn't result in the minds always leaping around, but that would stick to one principle, and finally generate the original idea. Therefore, the true power of brainstorm doesn't lay in the group endeavoring to think about an idea no one ever thought before, but the inspiration we gain from other people's ideas. Then, we could make our minds more active thus approach the innovative ideas more easily after we fully digest their ideas.
Then, we could turn our eyes to research field, where individuals working alone play dominative roles. If an idea is innovative as we might call, it has already been endowed with the characteristic of revolution. That's, It would damage the structure of ideas set up lone before, and build a new skyscraper on the ash of the former. Therefore, it might arise as much of dispute and opposition from the vested interest people as possible, and make the creative work hard to carry out. The best way to avoid this for an scholar willing to innovate is to separate himself from the public's opinion and carry on his own decision. Admittedly, the process would be not easy not only because his idea is unprecedented but also that he could not get nutrition from other people's minds. However, comparing the disadvantage that discussing openly might bring him about, it is better for him to choose the isolated one.
Finally, we could pay attention to the political field, and maybe no one in China would deny the truth that innovative ideas arise from individual when we memorize the great leader Deng Xiaoping. In 1980s, when there is still a misunderstanding all around the country that only planned economy can be considered as socialism, as the leader of this enormous land, he decided that China should open to the world and the economy should be transformed from planned market to the economy market, regardless how great opposition he confronted from the public, even his colleagues. Being a leader, he noticed that only by improving the living conditions of people can there be stability of the regime while others were mainly focusing on the overall success of a country by damaging people's basic requirement, and made the right decision which are be proved by the political crisis of 1989, when most people were satisfied with what country brings them about, and stayed calm in the incident.
However, when we are talking about the important role individual are playing in arising the innovative ideas, we should admit that sometimes in some fields innovative idea could be derived from group working, which could not take the priority of individuals.
In sum, as the fields mentions above, we might easily get the conclusion that truly innovative ideas arise from individuals rather than groups of people. Besides, when we firstly digest other people's opinion, our innovative idea would be much considerable thus gain more supports from people who were against our ideas.作者: 一朵盛开的牛粪 时间: 2004-11-14 22:19:20

First, we could focus on the business field. Though methods such as brainstorm are well received by most enterprises, they could not overshadow the true originator of innovative ideas. When people are discussing plans or investments together, their minds would easily be disturbed by others, thus makes coherence impossible.(就是因为会为了追求coherence,而失去creative啊)However, the innovative ideas doesn't result in the minds always leaping around, but that would stick to one principle, and finally generate the original idea. (至少不能说服我让我觉得后面的因此是对的,而且话有点绕哦)Therefore, the true power of brainstorm doesn't lay in the group endeavoring to think about an idea no one ever thought before, but the inspiration we gain from other people's ideas. (自相矛盾哦,不是work alone嘛?)Then, we could make our minds more active thus approach the innovative ideas more easily after we fully digest their ideas.(总体觉得这段论证不够有力,感觉还是模糊不知道是不是吸收他人形成自己)
