1. 小区介绍：淘大花园不用多说，是九龙湾这边著名的优质小区，楼下24小时保安，都认得住户，绝对安全，小区也会定期消毒维护。

2. 交通设施：出租的房子在距离九龙湾地铁站最近的K座，离九龙湾地铁站5分钟脚程，超级方便。楼下巴士路线丰富，有去皇岗口岸的巴士，专线30min到达西贡，周末可以去放风。巴士直达尖沙咀中环，到旺角坐小巴只要10分钟！

3. 生活设施：小区是淘大商场上盖，下面全都是各类好吃的。楼下大门口就有711，最便宜的电影院就在楼下，商场里面有麦当劳、舒适堡健身房，TASTE超市，可以说应有尽有。如果喜欢做饭，附近步行3min就是九龙湾街市，惠康，还有公共游泳池。九龙湾一共有三个商业区，除淘大花园外还有德福商场、MegaBox，宜家只需要步行10分钟就能到，不管是平时还是周末，逛街说走就走。

4. 房子介绍：两室一厅，家电齐全，卫生间干湿分离，拎包入住。

5. 费用结算：租金月付，押二付一6800HKD/月，水电煤网平摊，无中介费。

与你同住的室友共两位，在另一间房上下铺，都是幼稚园老师，人超级好相处活泼开朗，在这里住了很多年有什么问题都可以快速沟通解决~我在这里住快一年已经是很好的朋友，可惜因为工作位置原因需要搬走。

出租的大房大概6-7平外加飘窗，东南朝向，阳光充足。房间里设有单人床，超舒适床垫以及双门超大衣柜，可以说是完全拎包入住。希望你可以长租，仅限女生，生活规律，爱整洁，无不良嗜好，性格好相处，最好是也喜欢运动游山玩水啦，可以做玩到一起的朋友~
