Leaders are created primarily by the demands that are placed upon them.
------正文------
Are leaders created primarily by the demands that are placed upon them? The speaker claims so. In my point of view, I agree with the speaker insofar as that it is indeed one of reasons that how a leader is generated, but not the only one. There are also some other factors, such as genius or opportunity, that contribute to be a leader.

To begin with, demands placed upon someone are a chief factor to create a leader. In our society, anyone belongs to some groups. Without a leader, these groups have no ability to compete with others and members of these groups cannot get along with each other. Therefore, a leader is necessary. For example, in primitive society people lived in the unit of tribes. For those people who even had not discovered fire, it was difficult to live in such a dangerous environment, in which there were many cruel brutes that threatened the existence of human beings. On the contrary, these creatures were also food for primitive people. To make a living, people had to combat with wild animals. Since the individual power is trivial compared with those huge animals, it was necessary to have a leader who could gather many people's power to defeat animals. Once they hunted an animal, the problem that how to attribute came about. Consequently, a leader was required to attribute food fairly, which could avoid meaningless conflicts among members of the tribe. Today, in this society full of competence, an excellent leader is more imperative. Without a powerful leader, any group is hard to achieve success, despite how excellent its members are.

In addition, the intrinsic ability is also important. Some leaders are born with the spirit of leading. They may be a leader in their groups since they were very young. As the growth of experience, their ability to be a leader is more and more strong. Some of them even become a president or chairman of a country. Take the first chairman of Republic People China Mao Zengdong for example. Since he was a child, he showed his ability to be an excellent leader. He always dared to explore what other children dared not and were calmer that others. Consequently, he became the leader of his group. Since then on, Mao was always a leader in his life, from element school, senior school to the war of resistance with the Japanese invaders. This illustrates that o be a leader, especially a powerful one, inborn ability plays a important role.

Furthermore, opportunity also decide a man whether or not to be a leader to a great extent. Even if you are good enough in the ability of leading, it is quite possible that you can only be one of the masses because there is another man who is more genius. Of course if you are the best man who is apt to be a leader, you are lucky. There is a true story that can support my point. In Africa there were two men who were two of the masses in a tribe. One day they were separated from the tribe for some reasons. In this situation, the first man who has more ability to be a leader always did something in front of another, which would like to follow the first man. With the passing of time, the first man became the leader of the two, while another did nothing but followed the first one. Thus, opportunity is important, and maybe the first man is still one of the masses if they are not separated from the tribe.

In conclusion, to be a leader, the three factors mentioned above are all very crucial. Look into the history, we can find many strong leaders were created by the three factors, or even more.

Are leaders created primarily by the demands that are placed upon them? The speaker claims so. In my point of view, I agree with the speaker insofar as that it is indeed one of reasons that (that和how在一起,语法好像不太对劲) how a leader is generated, but not the only one. There are also some other factors, such as genius or opportunity, that (which) contribute to be a leader.

[/U] 这句话感觉说的太随便了 Take the first chairman of Republic People China Mao Zengdong for example. Since he was a child, he showed his ability to be an excellent leader. He always dared to explore what other children dared not and were calmer that others. Consequently, he became the leader of his group. Since then on, Mao was always a leader in his life, from element school, senior school to the war of resistance with the Japanese invaders. 是不是有一点太看重先天的因素了?

Furthermore, opportunity also decide a man whether or not to be a leader to a great extent. Even if you are good enough in the ability of leading, it is quite possible that you can only be one of the masses because there is another man who is more genius(形容词?). Of course if you are the best man who is apt to be a leader, you are lucky. There is a true story that can support my point. In Africa there were two men who were two of the masses in a tribe. One day they were separated from the tribe for some reasons. 不知道普通人用of the mass表示合适不?mass本身就是复数了吧

In conclusion, to be a leader, the three factors mentioned above are all very crucial. Look into the history, we can find many strong leaders were created by the three factors, or even more.

写的很好,我只找了几个语法错误了。
还是等着xiaohe来批吧
例子也挺好的。如果考试时间紧的话,我觉得例子可以稍微概括一下。毕竟45分钟写出600多字,又要保证质量,不是容易的事
