交通便捷:地处奥运和大角咀之间，可在奥运站乘搭东涌线，也可在旺角站乘搭荃湾线生活便利：紧挨大角咀、旺角生活圈，附近3分钟路程有大角咀街市以及各大超市，走路10分钟到旺角朗豪坊，6分钟到奥海城；小区自带会所，有健身房、游泳池、桌球室、烧烤场等，足不出户可享受完美假日。
价格实惠：去年租的时候15200港币一个月，现还有两个月到期，租金直降至14000港币一个月，后续如要长租，可与业主续约，业主人很好，万事好商量。
家具基本都是去年入住时自己买的，都很新，可免费赠送，只需拎包入住。
一室一厅，适合情侣或自住，带阳台，风景好。
