香港中文大学（深圳）高等金融研究院诚聘：“研究助理-公司治理和股权激励研究中心“ (Research Assistant - Center for Corporate Governance and Employee Ownership)
Qualifications:
1) A Master's degree in the field of Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
2) Capable of handling large financial data (strong SAS programming skills are preferred).
3) Proficiency in MS Office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4) Familiar with Chinese financial databases such as WIND and CSMAR.
5) Chinese as native language but fluency in written and spoken English.
Duties include:
1) Collect and analyze data
2) Prepare research reports, case studies, and presentation materials
3) Assist center-sponsored activities such as conferences and surveys.
4) Other duties as assigned.
5) Working during non-office hours and some business traveling may be needed.
