87,In any field of inquiry, the beginner is more likely than the expert to make important discoveries.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Comparing the beginner with the expert, which is more likely to make important discoveries? Referring to this issue, opinions differ from person to person. As far as I am concerned, I prefer that the expert will contribute more in the discovery.

To begin with, experts have more expertise in certain field, which acts as the basis for discovery. To make a discovery, common sense tells us that one should be erudite and especially, have a deep study in this very field. Experts are these kind of people who devote themselves in one aspect so as to be much acquainted with what they research, such as the history of the development, the contemporary condition and what problems exist that need to be solved. Moreover, they have a sensibility on that at which point it is more likely to produce a new theory. For example, in the realm of medicine, only experts who have a long time research, even as long as decades are they able to make sure a new method for curing a disease. Without a long period accumulation for experience, such as the beginners, will they dare to have a try on a patient with a new curing method? In conclusion, experts, with more knowledge and experience, have advantages over beginners in discovery.

In addition, generally speaking, experts usually enjoy a higher respect in the society. As it is known to all that many discoveries need sophisticated technology and instrument besides a large quantity of foundation. If a beginner proposes a new model for a theory, there is usually not much responds. On the contrary, if a well-known expert does so, millions of scholars will focus their attention to this model. In another word, the public is willing to give their trust to experts and desire a great deal from them for a progress of the science and technology. As a result, experts will be more likely to gain enough foundation for their research and also, a authority to use sophisticated equipment, which is benefit for a discovery. For instance, Yuan Longping, a eminent scientist in China, with the foundation offered by the national science institution, invented the hybrid rice after several years' research. Thus, experts are more likely to get the external support for their research.

However, there is no denying that compared with the experts, beginners own also some merits that are beneficial for discovery. Looking back to the science history, it is a common phenomenon that many experts attained their achievements during their youth when they are still beginners. Take Einstein for example, his outstanding Theory of Relativity, was born when he was still in his twenties. Compared with the experts, beginners bear no fame, therefore, they are free to invent, to discovery and will not stick to the old doctrine, even their original theories prove to be ridiculous, they are not afraid of losing face. Hence, people cannot deny the possibility of the beginners' discovery.

To sum up, in the aspect of discovery, I insist that experts have more advantages and will contribute more to the society.

Comparing the beginner with the expert, which is more likely to make important discoveries? Referring to this issue, opinions differ from person to person(one to another?). As far as I am concerned, I prefer that the expert will contribute more in the discovery.(能不能再展开一下,最好是把自己的论据也能作个总结)

For example, in the realm of medicine, only experts who have a long time research(可否从more experience 的角度说), even as long as decades are they able to make sure a new method for curing a disease. Without a long period accumulation for experience, such as the beginners, will they dare to have a try on a patient with a new curing method? In conclusion, experts, with more knowledge and experience, have advantages over beginners in discovery. (感觉这段结构比较清晰)

In addition, generally speaking, experts usually enjoy a higher respect in the society. As it is known to all that many discoveries need sophisticated technology and instrument besides a large quantity of foundation(可数or 不可数?). If a beginner proposes a new model for a theory, there is usually not much responds. On the contrary, if a well-known expert does so, millions of scholars will focus their attention to this model. In another word, the public is willing to give their trust to experts and desire a great deal from? them for a progress of the science and technology. As a result, experts will be more likely to gain enough foundation for their research and also, an authority to use sophisticated equipment, which is benefit for a discovery. For instance, Yuan Longping, an eminent scientist in China, with the foundation offered by the national science institution, invented the hybrid rice after several years' research. Thus, experts are more likely to get the external support for their research.(注意单复数啊)(结尾有点仓促呢)

Compared with the experts, beginners bear no fame, therefore, they are free to invent, to discovery and will not stick to the old doctrine, even their original theories prove to be ridiculous, they are not afraid of losing face.(感觉不好,有点绝对) Hence, people cannot deny the possibility of the beginners' discovery.

To sum up, in the aspect of discovery, I insist that experts have more advantages and will contribute more to the society.
总的感觉结构还不错,就是觉得开头结尾段可以再润色,加油啊!
