Weakness: in terms of speaking, capable of capturing all the details of the lecture most of the time, but failed to organize the main points promptly, and roughly allocate reasonable time to each point and its supporting details during preparation time, hence unlikely to express opinions in a confident way, sometimes even sacrificing key details of the second point.
