Job Title: Research assistant (Admin-track)

Location: Shenzhen

Report to: Director & Assistant director of the Institute

Department: CEIBS Institute of Supply Chain Innovations

Work Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the administrative work of Director & Assistant director of the Institute, including booking flights, hotels and making transportation arrangements

• Support operation activities of the Institute, such as writing practitioner-oriented articles for the Institute’s website and WeChat public account, writing promotional materials for industry events (e.g., industry forum, company visiting, industrial and academic exchange activities) organized by the Institute

• Support application-oriented research activities of the Institute, such as business information searching and collating, case writing, industry report writing, practitioner-oriented book writing, etc.

• Other supportive activities if in need

Job Requirements:

• Strong interest in industry-academia collaboration

• Master’s degree in business administration fields (for Research fellow/Research assistant), operations management/supply chain management related education backgrounds are preferred

• 1-2yrs related working experience in education or training preferred

• Proven abilities in professional writing (in certain forms of outputs listed in “Job responsibilities”)

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both academic and industry professionals

• Able to commit for at least 1 year
