me: Yes, she provides parts of my funding.

me: Nearly one year.
vo: May I see your work ID card?(我把工作卡递了进去,他很仔细的看了看,然后还给我)
vo: Will your wife go with you?(我以为vo的意思是这次lp是不是和你一起走？由于lp工作很好也很忙，所以她在短期没有和我一起出国的计划。)
me: No(vo这个时候眼神有些变化,紧接着问..)
vo: why?
me: she is working pretty good in China, she is pretty busy now, she doesnt have time. (vo这时开始敲电脑),(我过了一会,接着说) Frankly speaking, I wish we could be together in her convenient time, (vo 此时的表情又有一些变化,好像说了"喔"点了点头)
最后他拿出白条,把passport还给我,很快说了一些话,我没听清,说了很多次 I am sorry, 以及"I cann't offer you a visa"

If I were you, I would introduce the professor in a more detailed way, at least you are suppose to tell her relationship with you. Your advisor? Your supervisor?...

I think now, the VO feels sth. is not right. He gave you a chance to make up, but you still did not explain why does she prefer to support you.

i guess your company can add some credits for you.

This answer is definitly too rough. You used "I wish...", indicates that you can not plan your family reunion at all.

首先，我跟学校那边反映了情况，学校说提供updated information to take to your next visa interview that better establishes proof of your funding for the consular officer,我不知道是什么样的updated information, 如果是新的i20，是不是就没有问题了呢？
