How will a new restaurant in our neighborhood affect our lives? Do you support the establishment of this building? As for as I concerned, I prefer to vote a blackball for this great event. Although it maybe a benefit thing for local people, there still exist several disadvantages unable to be resolved, seriously interfered with residents’ lives.
Certainly, there are several obvious advantages when a new restaurant appears nearby your apartment buildings or houses. Obviously you can walk to eat or gather with family members, relatives and closed friends in the restaurant in your neighborhood. Furthermore, It will bring to residents highly prosperity when convenient shops holding various goods or newspapers, peddlers offering different service and business affording raw materials are also developed around it, according to the judgments of the small investors. With that, more opportunity to be employed will be provided for residents’ young children who do not find satisfied positions in the competitive society after graduated from college or university.
However, supposed a new restaurant is built in your neighborhood, a terribly chaos scene will occur and continue in your daily life accompanied by congested cars and crowded people. Therefore, as concerned as for me, in any case, I prefer to walk by foot or take cars for a dining at a slight distance. Now I am living in a peaceful area and usually travel by cars along beautiful scenery and attractive architecture to other places to eat. We can accidentally alter the idea on the way to the final sites when we attempt to taste any other flavor. And that congested cars and crowded people leading to serious transportation jam renders residents into extremely inconvenient environment.
Moreover, residents have to confront with hidden safe and polluted problems the new restaurant causes. Imagine the scene that residents pinch nose and frown at smeary streets or even lampblack from poor ventilated kitchen. It is a fun but harsh scene, especially when residents’ safe lives are challenged by the small and poor ventilated kitchen.
In all, although a new restaurant is a benefit local business and a charming thing attracted new residents, it will incur many uninvited problems, such as noisy, congestion, pollution, safe problems and so on. Therefore, I wish the chaos scene would not appear in my life.
