TOPIC: ARGUMENT145 - A new study collected data that shows that people who snore are more likely to gain weight than are people who do not snore. It is well known that many people who snore also stop breathing frequently during the night for a few seconds, a condition called sleep apnea. The interruption of breathing wakes the person-often so briefly that the waking goes unnoticed-and can leave the person too tired during the day to exercise. Anyone who snores, therefore, should try to eat less than the average person and to exercise more.

The argument states that the person who snores should try to eat less than the average person and to exercise more for a new study collected data that shows those people likely to gain weight than the people who do not snore.There are some flaws in this argument.
Firstly,it is no strong evidence to illustrate the person who snore are more likely to gain weight has the cause relationship about they should try to eat less and exercise more.Do they stop to snore,when they try to eat less and exercise more?It is highly possible that although they eat less and exercise more they may not stop snoring.For the main reason to snore may be that they don't sleep in a right way or they are lack of some matieral like vitamins in their body.If the the main reason is others,although they lose weight,it is not efficient to stop snoing.

Secondly,the arguer fails to prove that eat less and exercise more do the efficent to the people who snore.Perhaps there are other reasons to cause a snored people to increase ones' weight,such as the trandition from their family or the homous of their body is too high.The arguer fails to prove if a person who is overweight will be sure to snore when sleep.The study isn't convincing for it has no spercific reason to prove the people who snore are more likely to gain weight.The arguer don't illustrate well that the study is efficent.We have no idea whether the data is right.The further proof should be showed to prove those person who snore will be sure gain weight and make sure eat less and exercise more fit for them to lose weight.

Thirdly,it is unconvincing to claim that sleep apnea can leave the person who snore too tired during the day to exercise.There is no evidence to prove the assume and there is no evidence to prove the person who snore will do exercise during the day.Maybe the person who snore never do exercise during the day,so the assume is failed.

To sum up,the arguer should give convincing evidence to prove what is the real reason for the person who snore.And illustrate what is the most efficent way for a person who snore to overcome it.

1.那些打酣的人要减肥
2.因为打酣的人太累没有时间锻炼导致他们打酣
正是因为有了1作为前提才会引入2所以,展开的时候建议使用层层递进法。这样有利于高分
