In the process of personal economic success, which is more important between the benefits of individuality and conformity? I fundamentally agree with the conclusion that both factors exert indispensable parts. All my perspectives are presented as follows.
To begin with, benefits of individuality have a directly effect on personal economic success, for which could promote the innovation and society’ progress. For example, in the early years of 20’s century, there exists a conventional thought - it is impossible for cars to enter each family for its expensive prices. However, Ford invited Assembly Line, which speeds up production（productivity ?） greatly and therefore reducing(并列结构，reduces) costs. Finally, the innovational practice help Ford became America’（American） largest auto company. Nowadays, modern company(companies) pay more attention on individual thoughts and practices to raise efficiency, and by this way could a person survive and success in the dog-eat-dog(一个人吃人的社会，是不是太cynical 了) era.
Furthermore, cooperation also contributes greatly to personal economic success. Due to the explosion of knowledge and the limitation of resources, it is always necessary or even desirable for people to cooperate, and therefore gaining（gain） most benefits. Two simple examples will illustrate this point, in a software company, programmers and artists work together in order to exploit professional and friendly product; in the insurance company, mathematical professors work out the rate of compensation and research economy in a quantitative way, while sellers utilize their marketing experience to attract more consumers. Yet, it is also infeasible to overstate each of the two aspects. Personal economic success requires people to strike a balance between the two "controversial" points. For instance, if our society places overmuch emphasis on conformity or cooperation, then it will easily cause the decrease of efficiency and the spread of laziness. To sum up, benefits of individuality and conformity all have close relationship with personal economic success, and they work together to raise personal efficiency and accelerate the development of individuality. Yet to overstate each of them is not advisable, for which may cause severe mistakes or even disaster.
