Oxford的international law也是相当牛啊。。。不过Ox,Cam可以直接备注，其实无所谓某方向强势不强势..

Richard作为KCL的Emeritus Professor，他的影响力和给KCL带来的学科建设深度的影响余威仍在，毫无疑问至少在competition law领域，KCL仍然是英国最好的学校之一。
