OUTLINE
A 我们确实是在不断地失败中寻找经验,不断发现新的事物从而进步的。但是不是只有失败才能使我们进步，而且，也不能把这当做可以失败的接口，有些失败的代价是惨重的，是绝对不允许的。
B 失败可以使我们发现自己的不足，否定了错误的一面，正确的一面也会不断清晰。
举例：IBM公司
C 敢于面对失败可以使我们拥有向前不断进步的勇气
D 但不是只有通过失败才能进步，我们每天都在点滴的努力中进步，如…。失败是一种被动的结果，虽然有益，但却是我们不得不接受的，我们不能把它看作一种主动的方法。有些失败的结果是惨重的。

It is true that mistakes are necessary for us to advance. By making mistakes, we can find our shortages and correct them. Besides, being not afraid of making mistakes can maintain us be brave to try and find new things. However, making mistake, which is only a result that we have to accept but is not an active method, is not the only way by which we discover things and progress. What is more, if we think for granted that we can make mistake and than correct them, we may fall into big disaster. Thus, it is crucial for us to regard mistakes at a proper attitude but not take them for granted.
Undoubtedly, no one can succeed without any difficulties, than mistakes cannot be prevented completely. We have no choice but to accept the mistakes and ponder on continually how to improve ourselves by learn something from them. Mistakes are not bad things to a large extent for they can help us find what the shortages we have. If only we find the shortages and clarify the negative sides, can we clear up them and go forward. IBM, one of the leaders of computer profession, suggests us this principle. In 1914, IBM nearly met bankrupt, and it encountered misfortune in 1921 again with sinking into low ebb in 1990's then. But IBM advanced through rectifying errors time after time, and then it developed well till now with leading other similar enterprises all the same. It is the mistakes that made IBM find the way to progress. Thus, Mistakes should be regarded as opportunities more than failure.
Moreover, being brave to make mistakes can make us maintain courage to going forward. On the contrary, being afraid of errors may let us be at a standstill. There is an illness among children called alexia registering as being unable to read words accurately. According to this, we can find that if only we try to do things, we will meet mistakes. The only thing we should do to progress is to learn something from mistakes and than go forward. The courage of fearing no mistake is completely necessary for us to develop.
However, even if mistakes play a vital role in the way we progress, they are not the only vehicle by which we progress. We can develop us everyday by listening to a speed from a good teacher or learn a kind of virtue from a common passerby we come across. Thus, the mistake is not an active method but only a result that we have to accept with on other choices. If we take for granted that we have many opportunities to make mistakes, we are wrong. Some mistakes can bring big disasters which we must not make. Like the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Disaster, which induced tens of thousands of people lost their homes and left behind damage for really a long time in those areas, was caused by a worker’s carelessness during an exam. Obviously, this kind of mistakes lead to big catastrophes which cannot be reverse. In this condition, mistake should be prevented in no doubt.
Thus, mistakes are vital for us to discover new things and progress since it can let us correct mistakes and maintain our favor in going forward. But making mistakes is not the only way to advance. Besides, we cannot think for granted that we can make mistake for sure. We should try our best to prevent mistakes and what we should make clear is the benefits which mistakes bring about to us and what attitude should we have to deal with them.
