请问各位对明尼苏达Duluth的两封Statement有什么想法吗

之前申的学校感觉都要求一篇PS UMD要2篇 大神们有什么好建议吗。
1是Please provide a statement outlining your immediate educational and long-range career objectives in relation to your chosen field. If there is a particular faculty member with whom you wish to study, please give that person's name and explain why you want to study with that person. 第一份就是传统的SOP咯。。。

第二份我觉得就是讲一下自己的（非学术）经历来让学系觉得自己有多么阅历深厚独特与众不同最时尚。。。其实statement#2我自己也在版里问了好几遍，没人回应，我就只好硬着头皮自己写了。。。提交的时候也蛮迷茫的。。。。
