今天收到邮件，很幸运地得到了想要的宿舍。我是RPgs。
邮件如下：

Dear Student,

Postgraduate Student Accommodation in the Residential Year 2010 / 2011

I am pleased to offer you admission as a resident of the University Apartments (UA) Tower A & B for theResidential Year 2010 / 2011 covering the period from 16 August 2010 to 30 June 2011, subject to your registration as a full-time postgraduate student on a research program of the University. You are required to check out from your room before 12 noon on 1 July 2011.

Online Acceptance of Accommodation Offer

A single room in 6-person apartment is offered to you. Please accept this accommodation offer at:

https://www.ab.ust.hk/applyhall

on or before 12 July 2010 11:00pm. Failure to complete the online acceptance by the deadline will result in cancellation of the accommodation offer without prior notification.

Eligibility

Only full-fee paying registered students are eligible to stay in on-campus student accommodation. Students are required to check out of UA upon graduation, completion, withdrawal or termination of study, or approval of leave from study. Furthermore, students who have accepted the housing offer is committed to paying the charges for the full semester irrespective of their actual stay in the bed
space.

Room Allocation

Bed
spaces/rooms are assigned and allocated on annual basis. Students may not occupy the same room the following year. Furthermore, you may be requested to move to another bed
space if needed.

Check-in

The earliest check-in date and time is after 2:00pm, 16 August 2010. Please bring along your student ID and check-in at the Management Office (G/F, Tower B). You will be notified of the assigned room when you check-in.

Failure to check-in within two weeks from the first day of your residence without prior notice to the Student Housing Office will result in immediate cancellation of this accommodation offer without further notice.

Payment of Charges

Residents are required to pay all charges, accommodation & utilities inclusive. Please refer tohttps://sao.ust.hk/housing/pdf/charges_info_n1011.pdf for details of the charges and the payment arrangements. All charges paid are non-refundable.

Trading or private transfer of UA places is NOT permitted

Student accommodation is a valuable resource of the University. Trading or private transfer of UA places is notpermitted. All reports of trading or private transfer of UA places will be investigated. Furthermore, allowing other student(s)or any other person(s) to stay in the room or apartment assigned to you is a breach of the rules of the University Apartments. Student(s) involved will be punished, including recovery of bed space in the University Apartments, forfeiture of charges paid and further disciplinary actions.

Major Redecoration and Conversion Works

As advised by the Facilities Management Office (FMO), major redecoration / conversion works will be carried out in UA in 2010/2011. In case we need to carry out the works in your apartment, you will be requested to move and alternate housing arrangements will be made for you. Based on past experience, the works will take around 2 weeks. We will try to schedule the works during winter or summer break as far as possible.

Check-out

Students are required to return the keys and complete check out procedures at the Management Office on or before the check-out date indicated in this offer letter. A fixed penalty of HK$100 per person per night will be levied on those who fail to observe the check-out date and vacate the room/bed
space on time. This penalty continues to apply until the resident concerned completes the proper check-out procedures. In addition to the penalty, the resident concerned is required to pay the accommodation charges incurred.
