A):A [P.67, Q.20]

首先排除C，increase本身可以作为名词，不使用increasing。
BD在结构上有问题，都不是一套主谓结构，缺少连词。
E在结构上正确，但逻辑发生变化，原句：increase是因，negotiation是果。而E选项颠倒因果关系。

A正确

A符合此结构。

D中whether or not 有些wordy，用whether就可以了。
