本人contract第一次半年，3月底到期，老板同意续半年。
手续怎么办？需要回内地办理吗？还是可以在香港就可以？

如果你已经持因私通行证的话只需要拿着入境许可标签去广东省入境处在深圳罗湖口岸
的办事处（就在罗湖口岸）办理即可。
如果是学生的话也可以让中旅代办，然后中旅替你拿到那里。

不过要搞到入境许可标签是不是需要跑到国内的档案机关盖章？？

申请入境许口不需要自己亲自回内地的。我的当时就是让家里人帮我盖的章，
然后寄给我的。
