It seems that our society is repleted with leaders, who control and manage our daily life. For a school, we have headmaster. For a school, we have headmaster. For a city, we have mayor; For a country, we have president. Leader, who managing daily work, is the one to make sure the school, city and country function well, providing an illusion that the daily work or demands placed on them created the leaders.
The headmaster, undertaking the responsibility for the school, had to affirm the teacher, the student, even the chef doing their daily work. As for a mayor, who makes the city functions well by considering convenient transportation, health care, even the culture elements for the future development. It seems that all these demands shaping the headmaster and mayor. However, by considering the evolution process of humanity, we can say the phenomena more clearly.
In contrast to the statement, it is the leaders who create the demands rather than demands create the leader. When the occupation of first headmaster created in history, it is the leaders who grant the responsibility to the occupation, not inverse. Similary, people aggregate and all kinds of activity holding in one place, which subsequently became the city. Finally, they recommend the excellent person as mayor and it is the mayor responsible for the people living in the city, whenever the city's situation changes, the mayor or leader should make decision to counterbalance it. It is the mayor, or we can say the leader, create the demands. Otherwise, we do not need the leader, just robot that can make decisions according to the demands is enough.
As the socialization becoming so popular, people's interactive more easily, more leaders will be created in the future. There will be no doubt that loads of new leaders will be created in the future as the increasing cooperate between person to person, organization with organization,
country to country. The Internet, train and media are the catalyst.
If one occupation is created, the person responsible for the occupation will be the leader, then the leader create positions, and so on. As long as the societies are progressing, manifold leaders will emerge and various demands will be defined by them. Even though in certain places, fields, time, situation, the leader's responsibility seldom changing, yet we humans should not be confined by the demands that placed on us, just like robot, we should show our imagination and courage to make renewal the demands as a leader.
