As a leading supplier of the European and American market, Cameron Sino is now seeking for a high caliber candidate to join our B2C team.

Position: E-commerce Specialist 電子商務專員

Responsibilities:

Develop e-commerce business via different platform
Conduct marketing research and sales analysis
Update and maintain the inventory information in different e-commerce platform.
Analyze data on products and consumers and make improvements based on analysis.
Handle online inquires and complaints from customers.
Support and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), with proficiency in German or Japanese would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn and want to develop career in e-Commerce industry.
- With selling experience on Amazon and eBay is an advantage. (Less experiences will consider as assistant role.).
- Business trip to U.S. and mainland will be required.

We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate, 5.5 days’ work per week, bank holiday, MPF.

這裡再用中文簡單介紹一下：

Cameron Sino成立於2000年，主營以鋰電池為主的電子產品(官網參照: http://cameronsino.com)。總部在香港，在美國和德國還有深圳有分公司。過去以B2B業務為主，近年設立拓展B2C業務的新團隊，發展了約2年，現在開始小有成績。團隊成員有港漂，也有內地學習/生活背景的本地人，所以即使不太會粵語也不存在溝通方面的問題。因為部門的前期發展已經基本完成，之後會加快擴張速度。如果你對B2C電子商務行業感興趣且又自認人品靠譜的話，不妨來試試。

下面會是關於職位的一些額外補充（雖然很重要，但我偏不說兩遍～）：

工作事項：
公司不是大公司，策劃、運營、市場、倉儲、數據處理等等～各種電商範疇的東西你都有機會接觸到或者親自動手。此外公司也有完善的電商技能培訓課程。如果想鍛煉自己能力的話，這裡會是一個不錯的場所。但如果是非大公司不可的，請跳回上一頁，謝謝。

工作原則：
做人做事得靠譜有誠信，人品是關鍵，能力什麼的可以工作中培養。
只要能做事，而且不妨礙他人的前提下，怎麼把工作做好，這個可以自由發揮。只要有好的想法和執行方案，都可以放手去嘗試。

薪資水平：
基本薪酬+部門獎金+年尾花紅
一般應屆畢業生或者無電商經驗人士的情況，基本薪酬這部分起薪一萬幾千少不了的。此外，在基本薪酬之上會有額外獎金，獎金則純粹取決於自己的工作表現和部門整體利潤。花紅則年尾公司統一發放。公司不想埋沒任何一個人，能者多勞是這裡的首要原則。
