People should undertake risky action only after they have carefully considered its consequences.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the recommendation and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, describe specific circumstances in which adopting the recommendation would or would not be advantageous and explain how these examples shape your position.

Risky action refers to behavior that would cause damage to persons or things with a relatively large probability. In consideration of human nature of being risk-averse, it seems reasonable that people should only take risky action unless they have thought about its consequences with much deliberation. However, such an absolute statement is not reliable in that people’s decisions are sometimes irrational which circumvent the rational thinking steps mentioned above.
Ts1: First of all, people might take risky action out of instinct as a reaction to emergency situation, which could turn out to a beneficial way to help people survive.

In addition, when people are exploring new things which always suggest the dangerous, they might proceed with their work without considering the possible consequences due to their pure love for the work.
