BARRON 2 综合写作:

The professor talks about the “Turing Test”. He opposes the opinion stated in the passage that Turing Test can test if a computer can think.

The reading passage says that people who is allowed to ask any question interacts a person or a computer in another room by computer. If the answer he/she received is difficult to determine whether it is from an individual or a computer, or if they misjudge a computer as a person, the machine is proved that it can think. This process is called “Turing Test”. In contrary, the professor in the lecture says that the computer would answer the question well without thinking when it is excellently designed. He gives an example to prove that: an English-speaking people can answer a question proposed by a Chinese in Chinese when giving enough references without be aware of the meaning of the question. Therefore, the professor believes that we can’t get a conclusion that a machine can think when passing the Turing Test.

SPEAKING

Which of the following study method do you prefer? Though online courses or be in traditional classroom setting? And state your reasons.

For this question, i would rather prefer have lessons in traditional classroom to on online based on following explanations. For one thing, I can interact with the teacher. For example, i can ask the questions when meeting difficulties and the teacher will help me solve the problems immediately. For another thing, I would get a better study environment. For instance, I can discuss some topic of the study with my classmates and learn some other ideas from them. Therefore, I would like to choose to study in traditional classroom.

注意题目要求是 summarize the points made in the lecture and explain how they are similar to or different form points made in the reading.

也就是说以演讲无主,先summarize, 然后去联系文章。

还有貌似演讲中提了两点,作者只写了一点。

口语还好,比我写的字数少,我现在一直在考虑45s可以说多少字。
