今天零点过后还check过一次没变化，早上起床后check发现已经approved了，所以INS更新数据库的时间应该是凌晨的某个时刻。

notice date: 05/16
approved date: 06/09

I have been admitted for PhD study in the Field of xxx at xxx University beginning with the fall semester 2003. In order to start and complete my program in xxx University, I would like to apply for F-1 visa status, as is required by immigration regulations. I am currently holding F-2 visa.

xxx University is one of the most prestigious universities in the United States and the program of xxx is the largest in the College of xxx at xxx. The program has always held a high position of national ranking, presently among the top x in the country. I think all this can be summed up as one point: The experience, knowledge and degree that I will be getting from xxx will definitely help me much to have a brilliant career when I return to my motherland – CHINA.

I got a 3-year full financial aid package beginning with the fall semester 2003 from xxx, please see the attached copy of “Offer Letter” for details, so I have sufficient funds to support myself for tuition and living expense during my future study. Please grant expedite because of assistantship pending.
