其实没什么签经。只是借此回答一些朋友的问题。
本人背景：1998.6,7,8月BJ F1连续悲剧(可怜$36000per year TA).于是延期,关于延期的问题，普通是学校可顺延3 semesters(1 year), but for scholarship, you have to discuss it with your boss, if he really want you go there, normally he can keep it for you, tell him the truth you can not get the visa, just like my case. For those guys who can not get your visa this semester, pls keep contact your boss by email or by phone.
但在第二年春季，我并不想去，所以没去签。但在二月，此时已开学一月了，my boss call me and ask me to apply visa again. This time I got visa. It is pretty easy, and VO only ask me where is my hometown and where I will go， then pass, only 1 minute. At that time, my I20 show that I must entry US before 1999.1. But when I arrived US at Mar.1 using this I20. No problem. But this is in 1999, I don't know the current rule. For those who get your visa after the kickoff of semester, don't worry, ask the ISO of your school whether or not get your new I20, if not, just go ahead.
In addition, about the entry times and expiration time, normally, for F1/F2, they will get two times in six months, H1/H4 are 1 time in 3 months,B2 are 2 or multiple times,it only show your can entry US 2 times before that day. But for how long you can stay in US, it will be up to the officer when you entry US in the first city. For F1/F2, always they will stamp on your visa with "D/S", it means depents on the status, that means you can stay US as long as you are a study in good standing with status. For H1/H4, the date will be the end day which is shown on the I797 form. For parents B2 visa holder, it will be 6 months, and sometimes only 1 month, up to the officer.

在那之后，我回国一次，是在中信签的，pretty easy. For those who come back this summer from US, I suggest your guys use this service if you have not change your school or major.

After that, I transfered to another University, and I have go to Mexico and canada to apply my visa twice. For those who want apply their visa in the third country, just try. Maybe you can get it, because my wife get her B2 and H1 visa in Europe. The key point is showing you have strong tie with that country and you have no more time to come back china to apply it. Is it clear?

Last year, I came back china and found a job here but my wife is still in US with H1 visa. Actually, in my mind, there are more chances here than US, and my wife will be back next year. BTW, my major is Telecom, and her is a MBA.

This time, I just want to go to US to see my wife in this long holiday. So I apply my H4 visa. In 7/15, I arrived the consulate about 7:20, then check in, waiting, and I am the first one in Line 4, the VO is a blond mm. About 8:30, she called my name, after serveral minutes, I passed. I am the first passed one in that day.
我要强调的是，在面谈过程中，保持微笑，不要背答案，给她一种交流的感觉，实际上那天我就没怎么准备，她看到什么材料我就解释一下，我甚至问到了她假日的安排，虽然我那天是用英文交谈，但对那些Ｈ４，我建议还是用中文好一些，可以更清楚地表达，总而言之，要自信。
