As the saying goes, Modest makes people progress. But nowadays, more and more people are self-centered, they trust themselves excessively, and cannot accept others’ criticism, thus it results in their failure on career, or even on lives. So I strongly agree with the issue that in a team, those who do not accept other’s criticism cannot succeed. The reason are as follows.
To begin with, one can learn more during the procedure of accepting others’ criticism. This is a big world, everyone cannot survive without communicating with others, and one can learn limited knowledge and technology by himself or herself, but by learning from others, one can acquire more knowledge and more technology. That is the reason why internet is so popular all over the world. In the past time, there is no internet, people can communicate less with others, but as internet being used widely, people can learn more knowledge through internet.
Moreover, when making a good relationship with others, one can work more efficiently. It is widely known that people can always make deep friendship with others through argument or fighting. When people give your some criticism, it means that they regard you as a real friend. And if you accept the one’s criticism, they will give you some other criticism in the future. In the process of communicating with others, you can easily make a deep friendship with them. As a result, you can keep a good emotion, and work more efficiently.
Finally, cooperation is necessary to a team. What if every team member does not accept others’ criticism, what if one does not have a good relationship with other team members, then a team will not never success. To take all these factors into account, we can make a conclusion that team’s success depends on not only individual’s ability, but also the harmony of team members.
To sum up, accepting others’ criticism can not only learn more from others, but also make a good relationship with others, and then promoting a team’s progress.

同学，我把whitesmoke软件和自己的意见都写了，仅供参考啊。。。

So I strongly agree with the issue that in a team, those who do not accept other’s criticism cannot succeed. The reasonreasons 复数。。 are as follows.

文章好友逻辑啊，不过我觉得internet的例子还可以再扩一点，字数就能多一点。

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Working at home using computers or telephones is better than working in the office. (20100522NA)

不同意1、在家，没有约束力，效率低下 2、在办公室，交流更方便直接，容易增进感情，提高团队合作效率

Nowadays, as technologies widely being used in our working fields, only by using computer or telephones one can work at home instead of doing that in the office. However, then raising the question that if working at home is better than that does in the office. In my perspective, working in the office can be better thanks to the reasons as follows.
Firstly, working at home cannot make high efficiency. Each company needs rule to limit personal behavior, the finally intention is to improve every workers’ efficiency and then to make profits for itself. But when at home, there is no rule to limit us, we can do everything at home, for instance, playing games are limited in the office, while we can do this excessively at home. Admittedly, playing games too often will lower our working efficiency, especially to those who are lake of self -control science. On the other hand, when we work at home, we can communicate with colleagues only through computers or telephones. While accident can always happen in our daily life, what if storm comes and breaks down the signal someday, so we may not communicate with others at that time. To take all these factors into account, working at home do not good to companies.
On the contrary, working in the office can do better to companies. When staying in a common square, we can communicate more directly and conveniently. Communicating with each other from face to face can even enhance relations between colleagues. These two features especially fit for team work, which is a more and more popular work style in modern society. Team work needs not only personal ability, but also steady relationship among every team members. Working in the office can satisfy the two requirement, and it help achieve team work’s purpose to make profits for companies.
To sum up, working in the office is better than working at home, as it is obviously represented in the working efficiency.

不同意：1、内因（学生）是关键 2、薪水增加，老师自身教育水平不一定提高

Knowledgeis the power of people’s progress, and people should study all their lives, soeducation has always been concentrated on all over the world. Thus comes thequestion what is the best way to improve the quality of education. Some peoplethink it depends on the increasing of teacher’s salaries, however, from myperspective, I cannot agree with this argument for the following reasons.

Tobegin with, the quality of education mainly depends on students’ own ability andattitude. Studying needs our eyes and minds to focus on the books and think byourselves. Even though I cannot deny a good teacher can help us much, themajority of people’s success is from their self-study. For instance, I have afriend whose name is Lily, she has talent in math, as she has been sensitive tonumbers since three years old. But after going to school, she did not have agood score in the math test. Her teacher even thought her to be the worststudent in the class. While it does not influence Lily, she was still focus onmath by herself. With the persistence on math, Lily finally solved a difficultproblem which has been puzzled by many mathematic for a long time when she wastwenty years old. What makes Lily’s success, I think, is her interest andpersistence on math.

Furthermore,even though teachers’ salaries are improved, will teachers’ abilities increasetoo? Obviously, the answer is “no”. Assuming that a teacher has not done anycontribution to the education, but one day, school adds his salaries, hisability of education will not improve. Only with limited ability of educationcan a teacher get more money, it will just result to the teacher’s lake ofresponsibility. Perhaps improving the salaries of teachers who try their bestto do his work may a good idea.

Tosum up, I do not think the best way to improve the quality of education is toincrease teacher’s salaries. Instead of, strengthening teachers’ education orthe relationship between teachers and students may do better.
