Do you agree with the following statement? In a team, those who do not accept others’ criticism cannot succeed.
In this day and age, only the strength of an individual cannot easily make any efforts on revolution of technology or development of society. Team work seemingly unavoidable One of the most significant standards to judge a person, whether he or she is a good team worker are how well he or she can accept others' criticism. From my perspective, accept criticism is an essential part of team work and can also lead people's success.

Nowadays, people's success, different from them in a hundred years ago, are always the results of teamwork. So, a successful person need to know how to learn, think and work in a team. The key of the team
work is accepts critics. Firstly, the key can help people to conduct their mistake, nobody can be careful of all the aspects of things. That's why they need others's correct advice. Secondly, critics from others make people gain new knowledge. Since we all have a specific major in college, so we will be more skillful on our own area but a little weak at other area. With the critic from other more people, we can deal with the things that not related to our majors better.

The aspects of team success were also worth mention. When members in a team are willing to accept critics, they will as well creat a friendly atomosphere and an efficient working system. In the ancient China, empires which were glad to receive others' critics usually region the country than those who do not. It was because of the atmosphere and efficient working system. It it hard for an individual to finish a successful plan, but it would be turned easy if we call many people to putforward useful critism.

In summary, I considered the important positive effect both on individual and team, and the necessary for successful people joined teamwork, we can draw the conclusion that without others' critism, a person cannot chase his or her success.

1012的作文交的太晚了，sorry啊各位，随便改改就好啊。。
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Working at home using computers or telephones is better than working in the office.

It is true that with the sweeping trend of paperless working and electronic offices, people no longer need to work traditionally in office; the development of technology gives people a chance to work at home with computers and telephones. Nevertheless, for most of the situations, working at home has more cons than its pros.

Not all the works are appropriate to be done at home, and working at home can also cause a problem both in emotion and in work. Firstly, there are a lot of works should be done only when people in offices or workshop. It says scientists need to do experiments. Engineers need to measure objects, even the common business will be done better if people can work at the same place and have a discussion. Secondly, nobody can live well without the communication with others, working at home, to some extent, limits the ways and oppotunistics that people can meet their friends and colleagues. The lack of in person talk and common communication must cause negative effects on people. Finally, the necessities of working in office are obvious when the manager wants to keep the stability of a company and Strengthen the connection between colleagues. People who work at home seem more willing to purchase their own free time instead of try their best to finish the task.
Although the technical development of computer and the internet allowed office workers to have a visual discussions and send office documents, the safety and security of the internet are always be questioned; people usually worry about sending important documents and holding private meeting through the internet, because of the threatening of hackers and Instability of the computer. Even we ignore the problem of the internet security, pass document and have been meeting face to face was a tradition in some area, especially in China.

In summary, Admittedly, some works could be done just at home with computer and telephone at home, some problem of the technology itself could not be solved. The combination between people should also be strengthened by office work. So, we can draw a conclusion that working at home with telephone and computer is not the better choice.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? If you need to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others, Using e-mail/text messaging is better than using telephone/voice-messaging。

The development of technology and science always involved with debate between people hold controversial opinions; the discussion of upsetting or the contract problems should be dealt carefully, to the most of the situations, by e-mail/test messaging rather than using the telephone or voice messaging.

Commonly, people need both physical and emotional preparation for the upsetting problem and controversial opinion, as they need to calm down to make any react of those problems. Using e-mail and text messaging would be an excellent choice. Firstly, e-mails and text messages allowed people to transfer information without meet in person in voice and present talk, which may cause surprise or shock. Specifically when people see the title of the email, they may have already prepared for the controversial problem in the contents, and they can read the contents several times to confirm the information, then. They can make an appropriate react. Secondly, when people discuss controversial topics by telephone even just in voice, they may involve more emotional factors than discuss by texts, because voice can include more personal emotions and passions than texts. With the text message in official format, people can make more objective judgments

Admittedly, discuss in voice have its benefits, such as more straightforward and instant communications. Nevertheless, those pros can also lead to disaster, As we all know the voice can transfer more oral mistakes while it provides a more convenient way of talk. The instant communication may cause misunderstanding, and the straight way of discussion may can be the reason of unnecessary arguments. If we use text messaging, those misunderstandings could be avoided by an accurate way of written English.

In summary, although voice messaging has it advantages, the text massaging is the better way of send upsetting problems as well as have controversial discussion.
