一个多小时，码出一篇四不像....有种用不上劲的感觉....唉.....

Have you ever dreamed about finish your work in one day and then have a 6-day off every week? There's a similar

advise in the statement above: 3-day work and 4-day off. The schadule is attractive if you think about the 2 extra

holidays,however,when actually applied,this schadule may probably do harm to both work efficiency and your health.

First,the word "work" here means a series of regular,long-term tasks,and one just can not complete them in a single

week.So compressing the work days from 5 to 3 is meanningless for end up the tasks more quickly.in fact,on the

contrary,it may cause a descend in efficiency.Think about a person continuing focus on formula, diagrams and data

reports,is it possible to keep the same concentration for,say,12 hours? A recent research about human brain by

professor Selephant of Cerlin University said:"no." Actually as time goes by,the efficiency apparently declines

after 8 hours of hard work,considering short breaks.And according to the 4-day off schadule,one should work for at

least 11 hours per day to finish the same amount of work as the 8-hour 5-day employers.as individual efficiency

declines,work following this schadule would be less efficient.

Moreover,to complete tasks fit for 5 days in 3 days is highly challenging and stressful.the long time,extremely

stressful work would make you nervous,even cause hysteria.Some may argue that the relatively long vacation can

totally fix that.But there's no evidence to suggest that claim.Even though this method works,wouldn't it a waste of

holidays to restore from that? Maybe a 20-hour sleep? Doesn't that miss the true meanning of holidays——enjoy your

life as much as possible?

Admittedly,views of value and life styles vary from individual to individual.There's never a proximate work schadule

for everyone.People should just weigh the pros and cons by themselves and choose the best way to work and live.

喵喵喵太感人了.....居然被说语言好ls乃是瞎眼了咩……
第二段适合放首句的TS一直没想出来，就按中国思维走了，先定义，然后真正说效率的TS放在第二句....

那个证据是...编的....支持度...够么？捂脸爬走.....
approximate 咦不是合适的意思么好吧我的单词背乱掉了....appropriate可以不？
