首先感谢前人的经验总结和无私分享取之寄托回馈寄托所以今天一笔试面试完我就来啦！（其实是听说很灵验的来为我的offer攒攒RP 毕竟真的挺想去的也是香港唯一的希望了）

直入主题！！

笔试题目：Describe the desirable attributes of a professional accountant, and explain why those attributes are deemed desirable. Which attribute do you think as the most important attribute? （No more than 200 words）

我是12点笔试的据我所知当天的9点也是有一批前一天也是有一批笔试题目分别如下：
1. Elaborate the opportunities and challenges in the Hong Kong accounting profession in the current development of Asia or Mainland China economies.
2. Fair value accounting is commonly adopted in most countries nowadays. What would you consider to be the merits or problems in adopting fair value accounting?
同样也是老题

面试是在Skype 安排在15.30 面试晚了10分钟 15.40打来的聊了6分半两个男教授
2020年的特点就是都带着口罩但是发音和语速感觉都还挺不错的网络质量也挺好的他们说话的热情也就一般般好像是面试的时候他们拿着自己提交的CV和PS问的？

首先是核对身份
问到的问题有：
1.自我介绍
2.职业生涯规划
3.是不是申请了两个专业区别是什么你更想选择哪一个
4.是不是我现在在国外上学是不是今年6月份毕业（因为我是中外合作办学的学生）
然后就是Q&A了

最后感谢这段时间一直被我骚扰解答过我各种问题的人吧也希望大家都能拿到自己Dream School的offer
留学狗伤不起呀我的offer你也快点来呀：）不要辜负了我一晚就睡了两个小时凌晨就起来等待的面试和笔试啊！

在准备面试和笔试之前我大概将论坛里大家从2012年以来发过的PolyU有关PA专业的笔试和面试题目都整理了一遍在这里也分享给大家吧！

笔试题目：

12. Accounting fraud is intentional manipulation of financial statements to create a facade of a company's financial health. It involves an employee, account or the organization itself and is misleading to investors and shareholders. Are you aware of any accounting fraud cases? If yes, please briefly discuss one case.
13. Discuss how the changes of Hong Kong Companies Laws affect over corporate reporting.
14. 你认为manager应该用truthful和unbias的态度对待F/S吗？
15.中国和国外公司的Managerial incentives应该保持一致吗?
