I am helping my friend to recruit an IT Helpdesk Engineer (Contract Role) in HK, the selected candidate will be deployed to a client in banking industry. Drop me a private message if you (or your friend) are interested in this role.
Main responsibilities:
1. Provide support to enterprise level user accounts administration, permissions and access management, offer technical support based on manuals, guides and SPO, timely respond to technical inquiries.
2. Deliver hardware and device maintenance services, including installation, replacement, debugging, inspection, and troubleshooting of various devices such as laptops, keyboards, mice, etc.
3. Operating system, software and network service support, including environment setup, installation, upgrading, configuration and testing for MS Office, sandboxes, VPNs, browsers, and internal communication tools. Troubleshooting, issue tracking, and log management.
Qualifications:
1. Associate Degree/High Diploma or above with 1-3 years of experiences, fresh graduates (with IANG) are also welcome.
2. Solid experience with IT helpdesk is required, preferably with IT operations and maintenance experience in the financial industry.
3. Proficient in hardware and software debugging and service continuity management.
4. Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Huawei, Cisco, ITIL qualifications in helpdesk support or equivalent.
