Should the valuable critic judgement comes from the expert of that field only? Of course not. There is no doubt that an expert can make valuable observations and choices, however, the ordinary people also have the ability to give a work valuable judgement.

Through out the history, the experts judge the work in a strict, critic and objective way and press the value of it to the ordinary ones. It is a intrinsic duty of the experts to make the judgement with their broad knowledge and sufficient experience. For instance, a musician who is willing to judge a piece of music, will not stop at the superficial level in judging whether it is beautiful or not. He will consider the inborn spirit of the work. With the consideration of the harmonious melody, the sensation contained in, the influence of the work to the field of music and to the life of people, which cannot be done by the ordinary people with little acknowledge of the field. In this way, the musician can make the critic and accurate judgement of the work's value. In politic land and science field, it is all the same. The experts of the national relationship can be foresight and sensitive to every choice the public leaders have made and foretell the effects to the nation, the society and human beings. A scientist has specific knowledge and responsibility will make him possible to judge the progress of the discovery, because it is hard even incredible for an ordinary people to be involved in such a high-tech field and make the critic judgement. Hence, the critic judgement done by the experts of the field is much more accurate and convincing in contrast with the ordinary people.

However, the ordinary people can also make critic judgement in some cases in a more creative way than the experts of the field. Because their lack of the knowledge and experience of the field, they may have a broader imagination and less strain while judging the work. They make their judgement in a simple and intuitive mind, which sometime can discover the unique value of the work. Mark Twin's works with irony and dialect, which is ignored and criticized by the experts of the classic literature, are popular among the ordinary people. It is the people with little or no knowledge of the literature who give him the glory and support. It is also the people who had no sense of the reform or revolution but with the simple mind of pursuing the freedom came out first to fought with Washington and built the country of freedom--America.

Finally, it is not only the status in a field or the knowledge and experience of human to be the criteria of judging the value of the work in an critic, accurate way. The intuitive sense and the simple pursue of beauty can have the same effects. The experts can make good choices and judgements, nevertheless, we cannot ignore the judgements of the ordinary people, who have less special ability but more creativity. With the united effects of the experts and the ordinary people, can the value of the work be well judged.
