In the age of television, reading books is not as important as it once was. People can learn as much by watching television as they can by reading books.

Outline:
[1]Books can provide people with imagination which TV shows do less.
[2]Reading books give people more chance to decide both the content and the time by themselves, while watching the TV shows is less active.
[3]TV shows make the reviewing of reality possible and create a lot of fantastic images.

As different tools for people to cognize the world outside, televisions and books both play important roles in the learning process. For different function and features of them, it is hard to draw the conclusion that the importance of reading books is weakened and TV can provide the same as books do.

To begin with, various imagination will emerge when people read a book, due to different background of different people, their imagination is to some extent fit their own mentality situation. It is one of the reasons that people will satisfy form reading. Especially when you read the classic novels, like Gong with the wind, your mind is brought by the words and is back to the Civil War of the United States. Some people consider Skali is one of the most impression figures in the literature history in American. This feeling even enhances when they confront the difficulties and regain the courage form the words and stories of her. The famous saying: "tomorrow is another new day!" will last for eternity, and spur the American to face the tomorrow challenge. While, a soap opera or a film will certainly give you a very short time to understand the detail, and make everything real and leave no space for you to imagine, and to correlate with your own experience. As a result, reading books could provide people with different feelings which could not get from TV.

Additionally, the content of books can be chosen rather than the TV does. It is obviously that reading books is a more active process for a learner. As the capacity in reading, analyzing and thinking are different among people, they are more comfortable to choose the books which are suitable for them, and certainly gain more from these books than others. On the contrary, TV programs are decided by the TV station both in time and content, to consider the majority of the audience, something professional information will not be broadcast in the programs. As a result, it is hard for the ones who are above the average level to gain the knowledge and information they required. To make matters worse, even the TV have the program you need, there is no chance for you to decide which time to receive, especially when you are busy to cope with your daily work and have limit spare time, the learning can not be guaranteed.

However, TV show is a great breakthrough in modern technology that it makes the reviewing of reality possible. Form it, people can broaden their horizon through the screen of TV set. When you read from books that someplace is like a heaven, such as lying on the beach under the sunshine of the Hai Nan Island, you can never know what does the scene like if you have never seen before. Yet the TV could provide you with lively movies and photography and impress you concretely. Additionally, modern technology has made the showing of fantastic images which are not real possible. Like the movie the load of the ring, a lot of scene is certainly not exists in real world but the TV gives you a chance to experience.

In sum, as the advancement of our technology, methods created for us to gain knowledge of the world are increasingly along with it. The TV and the books have their own features which are very essential and necessary for us to learn. It is not sensible to use only one of them, and what we should do is to make both of them to be best use.

好多观点和我写的一样哈哈
限时写的好厉害，总体上说很不错了，但是可以明显的感觉到语言和论证的思路和方法不如原来的文章了，是不是觉得一限时起来就觉得自己善于说的就那么几个句子，怎么写都觉得看的不爽。还有思路也是~~感觉都表达不怎么清楚，反正俺就是这样的555，巨郁闷~
