这篇文章我怎么找不出什么话说阿

Should an effective leader keep the highest ethical and moral standards? The author gives a sure answer and I am strongly agree with his claim.

To begin with, the leader with the highest ethical and moral standards can benefit the company, the society, the school and so on. Take the national leader for example, the leader who has high ethical and moral standards can emphasize more importance on improving the live of the poor, which can help the nation keep stable. Enumerate another example, a leader in commercial realm must have the highest ethical and moral standards, because a company needs a leader who understands the employees and the society, who develops the company without destroying the environment, who maximizes profits while fulfilling the highest public or professional moral or ethical obligation to customers. Only the leader with the highest ethical and moral standards fulfills the company’s needs. With the highest ethical and moral leader the society or the company will improve rapidly.

Furthermore, if a leader has a lower ethical and moral standards, the society or the company will have a worse improvement. First of all, the people leaded by this leader are not willing to do the things what he recommends or suggests because they believe the leader does not have the ethical and moral standards high enough to be a successful leader who can lead them to a better life. Secondly, this leader will do any thing no matter what disadvantage to the society or the environment to maximize profits of his company or his family. Some companies are closed because the leaders only make money for him by stealing the funds or using company's money to buy things for his family. In short, a leader with lower ethical and moral standards cannot be a effective one.

However, it should be admitted that the most important thing to be an effective leader is his ability, not the ethical and moral standards. As we all know, person with the highest ethical and moral standards but without any ability can not be chose to the leader. If this person was chose to be a leader, even through he want to do many things benefit the company or the society, he still cannot do the things what he want to because he has little ability. In this case, a leader with little ability is similar to the one with lower ethical and moral standards.

In conclusion, to be an effective leader, ability is the important thing and then he must keep the highest ethical and moral standards.

感觉思路有些乱，开头提的中心和论述以及结尾衔接不是很紧密．如果改中心应该方便一些，因为论述和结尾还是比较衔接的．

我是新手，可能说的不对，只是建议．如果有时间，希望对我的文章进行批判
