127.Facts are stubborn things. They cannot be altered by our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions.

提纲：1.事实要分静态和动态来讨论。
2. 在历史和科学研究的某些领域内，事实是不随我们的意愿改变。同时，对于发展中的科学领域，事实是不断变化的。
3.另外一些方面比如政治，经济，社会等方面可以通过人的主观能动性来该变。
4.人们通过充分了解既定事实比如自然规律，同时利用好自己的能动性来改造动态事实，使之为我们谋福利。
We always think that facts can’t be changed by our willing, and any effort we have done is in vain. While with my pondering, it all depends. When facts, as a fairly static concept are concerned, I concede they are stubborn things. But when it comes to dynamic, it is no doubt that facts can be altered by our passions and intelligence.
Admittedly, to some certain aspects of our personal lives such as history or history circumstance and the developed field of science, no means of measure would be taken to revise the fact. Can anyone claim that he just use his dictates of passions to change the result of Battle of Waterloo, even successful？Definitely not. This is an obvious example for the fact we can’t change, since it is static and convinced to have happened. What is similar is science, however, it can divide into two sides and just one side is the same. The science truth such as the fact that the earth circles around the sun, have already convinced by spacecraft in the universe, which, of all times, is beyond our wishes and inclinations. When it comes to the science that is still developing especially chemistry and biology, facts become different. Faces we thought for granted before are likely to turn out to be faults.The next example can illustrate this, about a hundred years ago, we have been taught that atom makes up material and it is the minimum unit of the matter. Every individual including authorities believe so. As the evolution of chemistry went on, experts unexpectedly found that atoms can be divided into smaller units—neutron and proton. Now we have learned that substance dispart into infinite parts. Since this subject investigation is dynamic, any “fact” we draw from it is not necessarily the true facts.
Other aspects such as current phenomena of political, economic, social are entirely possible to control and the tendency of them also can be changed with our passions and inclinations. It is dynamic fact. For instance, the living circumstance around one person is a kind of fact that can be changed by the person's wish and the person's struggle. Not everyone is born with silver spoon in mouth or knowledge, but, in a large extent, a person who born in a poor family can be prosperous or knowledgeable through his/her own hard working. Though human proposes, God disposes, we cannot deny the possibility of change around us. But what should we do to change the unchangeable world to get to our aims? The only answer is doing beforehand with all our effort. Some people may wait for the good chances for them and may always complain about the unfair fate for them .This trend is particularly prevailing among the youth. The adolescents hope they could be famous movie stars or singers one day but they don’t pay any efforts, they could have lots of friends but they don't treat others sincerely, they could be rich one day not far in front but they don't have any plan .There is an old saying, however, that is "chances always wait for those who are fully prepared." It's dangerous for us to do nothing but only waiting since we would lose the opportunities of success, the best time for learning, the most valuable experiences. While some may attribute their fear for giving efforts to the probable failure, the failures are also the most important experiences and wealth in our lives which would have an overall positive impact to our futures.
Simply put, when human try to alter the fact, make it clear that whether it is static or dynamic. There is no need for them to waste our time and energy to change the unchangeable facts, but what they should do is to understand them, master them and at last make good use of them in fulfilling human’s wish. For the dynamic ones, they can try their best to improve them and create a better “fact” for their personal development. Only in this way can human beings have more prosperous future.
