ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

In an era individualism prevails, there is a trend to argue that education should be specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interest of each student. In my opinion, although it is a ideal way toward the ultimate destination of education, that is the development of every student, there is still a long way to go before we can actually apply such conception into practice.

Admittedly, the diversity of human nature decides that educators should adopt different methods to inspire and cultivate student’s diversified talents. Each student was born with his or her own inherent character, interests and dispostion. Education without considering the trait of a student would fail to effectively equip him or her with beneficial knowledge and skills, but at some time damage their inherent talent. Taking the cultivation of plants for an analogy, different plants need different temperature, soil and water. Only in a chilly winter, liquid water and sufficient sunlight can a daffodil burgeon, grow and finally blossom. If we grow it in the arid soil, which may be excellent environment for the growth of cactus, the daffodil can not escape the fate of death. Therefore, in the ultimate sense, effective education should take accout of the individuality of students.

However, the conception that education is specifically desinged for each individual has certain problems in its feasibility. Even if it is easy to be applied in the family eucation, in which parents as the instructors can concentrate their efforts on meeting particualr needs and interests of their kids, its feasibility in public education is highly questionable. How can a curriculum be designed to serve each student’s special need? How can a teacher take an all-round consideration of the different requirement of numerous students? Actually, as more and more students are enrolled in schools nowadays, the instructive resources as teaching faculties and instruments are far from sufficient to focus on individual needs of each student.

Moerover, the function of education is not only to develop the individuality of students but also to transmiss the shared knowledge, culture and value system of a society. Every individual student ultimately grows into a social member, and he or she should struggle for both the self-existence and coexistence with others. Thus effective education should equip students with both the capacity for independent judgement and the ability for communication, cooperation and competition. If every student was offered with a specific education concerning his or her own interests and needs, they would lose the chance for the cultivaton of social adaptability.

In summation, the needs and interests of students should be valued in oder to develop their individuality and independent judgement, but it cannot be overemphasized.

ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

In an era individualism prevails, there is a trend to argue that education should be specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interest of each student. In my opinion, although it is a ideal way toward the ultimate destination of education, that is the development of every student【这句感觉不通顺,感觉不要也行】, there is still a long way to go before we can actually apply such conception into practice.

Admittedly, the diversity of human nature decides that educators should adopt different methods to inspire and cultivate student’s diversified talents. Each student was born with his or her own inherent character, interests and disposition【disposition这个词是?】. Therefore, in the ultimate sense, effective education should take account of the individuality of students.【类比:水仙需要独特生长环境才能开花,所以教育也该考虑学生的个性。嘿嘿…学习】

However, the conception that education is specifically designed for each individual has certain problems in its feasibility. Even if it is easy to be applied in the family eucation, in which parents as the instructors can concentrate their efforts on meeting particualr needs and interests of their kids,【yet】 its feasibility in public education is highly questionable.

Every individual student 【will?】ultimately grows into a social member, and he or she should struggle for both the self-existence and coexistence with others. Thus effective education should equip students with both the capacity for independent judgement and the ability for communication, cooperation and competition. If every student was offered with a specific education concerning his or her own interests and needs, they would lose the chance for the cultivaton of social adaptability.

In summation, the needs and interests of students should be valued in oder to develop their individuality and independent judgement, but it cannotshould not be overemphasized.【后面可以再概括 写下第3,4段的观点】

1.        教育需要考虑the individuality of students.

In an era individualism prevails, there is a trend to argue that education should be specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interest of each student. In my opinion, although it is a ideal way toward the ultimate destination of education, that is the development of every student, there is still a long way to go before we can actually apply such conception into practice.apply… into是什么意思啊?这里有点没有看懂。
Admittedly, the diversity of human nature decides that educators should adopt different methods to inspire and cultivate student’s diversified talents. Each student was born with his or her own inherent character, interests and dispostion这个词什么意思?. Education without considering the trait of a student would fail to effectively equip him or her with beneficial knowledge and skills, but at some timesometimes就好了,some time是某个时候的意思 damage their inherent talent. Taking the cultivation of plants for an analogy, different plants need different temperature, soil and water. Only in a chilly winter, liquid water and sufficient sunlight can a daffodil burgeon, grow and finally blossom. If we grow it in the arid soil, which may be excellent environment for the growth of cactus, the daffodil can not escape the fate of death.这个类比太精彩了!!! Therefore, in the ultimate sense, effective education should take account of the individuality of students.
However, the conception that education is specifically designed for each individual has certain problems in its feasibility. Even if it is easy to be applied in the family education, in which parents as the instructors can concentrate their efforts on meeting particular needs and interests of their kids, its feasibility in public education is highly questionable. How can a curriculum be designed to serve each student’s special need? How can a teacher take an all-round consideration of the different requirement of numerous students?如果这里再加一句反问就更有力了 Actually, as more and more students are enrolled in schools nowadays, the instructive resources as teaching faculties and instruments are far from sufficient to focus on individual needs of each student.
Moreover, the function of education is not only to develop the individuality of students but also to transmit the shared knowledge, culture and value system of a society. Thus effective education should equip students with both the capacity for independent judgment and the ability for communication, cooperation and competition. If every student was offered with a specific education concerning his or her own interests and needs, they would lose the chance for the cultivation of social adaptability.
In summation, the needs and interests of students should be valued in order to develop their individuality and independent judgment, but it cannot be overemphasized.觉得结尾有点仓促了,显得不够有力。
其实我也水平有限,只能看那么多了!觉得你语言能力满好的!
