首先，非常感谢各位前辈的机经分享，还有如何准备GRE等等。在此回馈一下。

准备得很不充足，考试前几天几乎都没睡。考前二十分钟手里还紧握着宋昊的那本书。佛脚算是抱得够诚意的了。红宝严格来说只过了两遍，（感觉上我把他当字典用），但有很努力地为每个难字编一些适合我的记忆法。练习题只做了宋昊的那本书（讽刺的是，考前两天才开始猛做，好一部分是在从剑桥开往伦敦的大巴里做的）。单词我基本上还蛮熟的。两set Verbal考题中只遇到几个不认识的字。而且类反题方面，几乎全部都看过；有的是jj,有的是宋昊。我也分不清。喔，对了，我个人觉得jj还是应该看一下。反正我是考试当天（凌晨）才开始看的。也非常幸运地在考题里遇上了一些jj题。嗯，由于时间不够的关系，我完全没准备到填空及阅读。我阅读的速度及理解能力超慢／烂。估计这两个环节我的分数是惨不忍睹。

数学反面，我个人比较在乎。因为头脑迟钝，做陈向东的练习题时，常遇到两分钟之内解不了的题。我申请理工科，所以Q比V来得重要多了。幸运的是，考试里出现了几道jj题，帮我省了一些时间。可惜最后一题还是因为时间关系瞎猜的。另外，我对probability的理解挺弱，有花一些时间恶补一番，但考题里似乎一题都没碰上。

写作，没准备。直接上阵。但求有４分就足矣。

废话少说，我的机经如下:

Verbal (但我不记得是在真题或加试题里遇上，不好意思）

1. PQR is a equilateral triangle. There is a line ST connecting two of PQR's sides. S and T are both the intersection points. The line ST divides both the PQR's sides into 2 portions, i.e. 2 and 6 in length, respectively. Find the area of the shaded region (i.e. PQST, inside the triangle). Note that STR is also an equilateral triangle.

2. Col A: Standard deviation of 50, 60, 70, 80 & 90
Col B: Standard deviation of 50, 55, 70, 85 & 90

3. 3x+y=12

6. A rectangular block has length 50inch, width 10inch and height 6inch. Its weight is 17kg. Find its density in terms of kg/(feet^3).

7. What is the range of numbers between 400 and 700 that are divisible by 2 and 3?

Col A: the thousands' digits of x

10. n is a two digit positive integer. k is the tens' digit of n and 5 is the units' digit of n. Now e=(n^2-25)/100. We can therefore write e in terms of k by

11. A square which area is 16 is drawn. A circle is also drawn inside the square (i.e. not touching any side of the square).

12. A circle is drawn. PQ is a tangential line to the circle, where P is the intersection point and Q is just an arbitrary point.
Col A: the length from point Q to the center of the circle
Col B: radius of the circle

Analytical Writing

Issue: (59?) "Too much emphasis is placed on role models. Instead of copying others, people should learn to think and act independently and thus make the choices that are best for them."

Argument: (235?)
"The Solano school district should do away with its music education programs. After all, music programs are not especially popular in our schools: only 20 percent of our high school students participated in music programs last year. Furthermore, very few of the Solano district's college-bound students are interested in majoring in music at the university level. Also, when the school district of our neighboring town of Rutherford eliminated its music programs two years ago, the overall grade point average in the high school increased by 10 percent the next year. Surely the money spent on Solano music programs could be better used to improve the quality of traditional academic courses."
