-1-12 下午 09:43:31Why do we learn history? What is the main goal that historian pursue? The author asserts that the significant purpose of researching history is to confirm that human being has something in common in any period. In my opinion, it is undoubted that humans share some common characters. However, there are other equal important meanings to study history.

First and foremost, by reading history records, it is easy to find that history events always react. The primer factor is that human being own same nature indeed. The history of human being repeats the circulation: having war and then obtaining peace, and then fighting again, war, peace, war, peace. It is the human's greedy and aggressive lead to this condition. People always desire to get more, in order to satisfy the lust, people beat others and rob their poverty, and go on fighting. Of course there are fabulous characteristics which human share, such as friendly and diligent. Whenever and where ever there occur disasters, people help with each other and rebuilt their hometown. WenChuan earthquake and tsunami in Indian are evidence.

Secondly, even though, there are something in common with men's natures, yet, with the time goes on, there are significant different in human's cloth, diet, habit and so forth. It is obvious that the costume in ancient Europe differ from modern era's, even in the same time, the dress in Europe are distinct with that in China. Except cloth, life style changes notably, people lives in a fast pace society right now and stays up late usually while our ancestors stayed up with the rise of the sun and sleep with the set of the sun. In addition, the methods of expression one's motion alters as well.

Furthermore, "Histories makes men wise", Bacon once said, is a vital aspect of history study.
Besides this, there are abundant advancements of learning history. Stories of great scientist, generals and successors incentive us to emulate them and achieve success, if we do not do as well as them, at least, it help us to have brave to face the difficult in our own life. It is useful to conclude factors in function of fail which we should pay attention and then avoid failure. In addition, history makes one understand the word better.
Since one's life is limited, history is a key for one to open the door of thousands of life experience, from which one can realize deeper about who we are, why we are here and what we should do. As a result, one's knowledge was plentitude and his spirit rose. People comprehended their mission and try their best to help each other, and then the society will be in harmony.

To sum up, studying history actually contrast the illusion that people are different from each other who lived in diverse ages. However, history tell us more than this, from learning it, we will achieve more than we want.

(一般why这种问句后直接加because…) The author asserts that the significant purpose of researching history is to confirm that human being has something in common in any period. In my opinion, it is undoubted that humans share some common characters. However, there are other equal important meanings to study history. 一般however后面跟的是支持的观点

First and foremost, by reading history records, it is easy to find that history events always react是反作用的意思.如果表述“重演”的话，用re-act或replay. The primer factor is that human being(‘s) own same nature (indeed?). The history of human being repeats the circulation: having war and then obtaining peace, and then fighting again, war, peace, war, peace. It is the human's greedy and aggressive (lead to this condition). People always desire to get more, in order to satisfy the lust, people beat others and rob their poverty, and go on fighting. Of course there are fabulous characteristics which human share, such as friendly and diligent. Whenever and where ever there (occur) disasters, people help with each other and rebuilt(rebuild) their hometown. WenChuan earthquake and tsunami in Indian are evidence.
