Some people prefer to work for a large company. Others prefer to work for a small company. Which would you prefer? Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.
When it comes to which kind of companies you expect to work for graduation, my dorm is bound to burst into an aggressive debate. Some of my roommates argue that they want to work for a famous and large company, which others insist that they will devote themselves to a small company. Based on their respective but reasonable arguments, I draw out my own plan, which is working in a large company before entering a small one.

As my classmates contend, it is common that a large company has marked reputation, outstanding leaders, and remarkable achievement which draw a large number of competent people that stand apart from the rest from every corner of the world. There is no doubt that you can be paid much more income and benefit packages annually from a position in a large company than from a comparatively small and less well-known one. Nevertheless, what I expect to gain is far more than money and benefit. If you can get a job in it, such as Procter & Gamble,
Volkswagen，or UBS, even the lowest position, chances and competition will flood in your commonplace life, though accompanying with pressure. The forceful urge motivates your mind and body to operate effectively, work with vigor, vitality and impetus. This is the best way to enjoy your life, the bloom of youth, and demonstrate capability or value. Additionally, the experience working in a large company gives you lessons about how to deal with the relationship with colleagues, managers, or customers, what is the most feasible solution to a specific business issue, how to persuade others to sign a contract with you or come to an agreement? For instance, Tang Jun, who was one of employees in Microsoft, worker hard for ten years and successfully attained the position of CEO in Asia.
However, Tang Jun resigned from Microsoft and became president of Shanda Entertainment, a top Chinese online gaming company listed on Nasdaq exchange, was crowned as China's "emperor employee" with an annual salary of 100 million RMB, or 14 million U.S. dollars. After working in a large company for several years, as Tang Jun’ s experience suggests, it is high time that I should carry out my next step toward a successful career- applying for a position in a small company. With the working experience a renowned enterprise and high qualified education degree, undisputedly I deserve a high position in a small enterprise. Providing that they hire me as a manager in sales department, in which way I can readily achieve the accomplishment including power and social status which costs more time and effort to get in a large company. Besides, it is the flexibility in a small company that attracts me a lot. Not only can I have more time to fulfill potential, but i can spend more time with families, friends and in my interests, such as hiking, painting, travelling, cooking etc.
My uncle ，for instance, who is working a small foreign trade corporation as a manager, is required to work for merely 5 hours per day. What an admiring job and life he has!

In conclusion, working for a large or small corporation is a question depending on one’s inclination, and life programming and the value of life. As for me, life is an enjoyable process that I can afford to miss any part in it, such as vocation, love, friendship and the minute fun.
