理想签证状态：
VO: Are you ready?
Me: Yeah, my card. How are you doing?
VO: Fine. Working?
Me: Yes. I have been a programming teacher in a private school for one year.

VO: teaching programming courses?
Me: Yes. Such as C, C++ and Visual C++.
VO: But you will go to business school.
Me: My major will be management sciences. It is to solve practical managemen
t problems by using scientific methods such as mathematics, statistics and c
omputer science. So programming skill is crucial to perform research in this
area. Any more, my work can make me more competent for my future TA positio
n.
VO: You are right.
Me: Have you got my future advisor’s support letter for me? He has faxed it
to you.
VO: Is this one?
Me: Yes. In fact, my future advisor is a leading scholar in our research fie
ld.
VO: Have you met him?
Me: Yes. In the last year, I even accompanied him to Xiu Shui Jie to buy a s
ilk carpet.
VO: What’s you plan after graduation?
Me: I will be back to China to find a position in Chinese top business schoo
ls. According to some reports, china will need 300,000 MBAs in the following
years. So to be a researcher in a Chinese top business will be very promisi
ng.
VO: Why not in America?
Me: Because it will be difficult for me to find a position in American busin
ess school. You know, today's language of business involves understanding th
e context of a country's politics, economics and culture. So Culture backgro
und is crucial to perform research in this field.
VO: Yes, I see. For your major, you may not find job in America. I will issu
e your visa now.
Me: Thank you very much.
VO: Do you know what to do next?
Me: Yes, I will go window 10. Have a great day.

特别感谢俺的GF，她把我从拙劣的口语中带出来，如果没有她的矫正，诸如visa、ente
rprise、mathematics、statistics、operations、scheduling、thank you之类俺的最
常用词汇都读不对重音元音。虽然她只对我的签证问题进行了少量的修改，但是所有VO
实际问到的问题都是经过她修订的，没有她的工作，我的回答将是支离破碎而没有重点
的。
其他所有人俺已经专门致谢，故不在这里提出。
实录签证：
理想中的签证应该类似于上文的那个样子，实际上美男也确实给俺一个机会制造这样一
个完美的签证过程，每一个问题都问的那么的富有理性。如果不是因为一个小问题的话
，就真的很完美了。可惜，事实总是很滑稽。真实的情况是这样的：
VO: Have you met him?
Me: （啥？你有 maihim没有? Maihim是啥东东？？做困惑状）
VO: Have you met him??
Me: pardon?（更加困惑状）
VO: Have you met him?!
Me: maihim? But what is maihim?（结婚没有？不对啊，俺DS表上写的很明白，他不该
问这个问题，而且上下文也接不上啊）
VO: 摇头，表情古怪。
Me: (犹豫的，尴尬的，一字一句的)but…I have a girl friend… (看美男的表情)
VO: 摇头，苦笑，光看着我，啥也不干，爱莫能助状
Me: 无辜无奈的笑，冷场三秒钟后，I am so sorry sir, but can you say that agai
n?
VO: have you met him???!!!(他也有点犹豫了，语速放慢，可能决定再给俺一次机会吧
，估计他也很纳闷，也怀疑自己发音有问题吧)
Me: (灵机一动，恍然大悟，笑，美男也笑) Yes! In the last year, I even accompa
nied him to Xiu Shui Jie to buy a silk carpet.
签证感受：
俺是认为就签证本身和签证群体而言，非理性的成分左右了签证的局势，但我认为作为
准备签证的个体，是应该拿出积极乐观的态度，进行理智的准备的。实际上除了上交的
表格美男没有看俺带的任何材料，但是如果俺不是手中有个文件夹而是两手空空的往他
面前一站，就不好说了。
当时形式：
俺八点十五入场，已经叫到145号，我是82号。我们一排黑卡大概连续6个f1，其中一个
带携行。第一个读special education，口语巨好，谈了一会过了，第二个好像是harva
rd自费，迅速被据，然后是读economics PhD女生，很快过了，然后一个读communicati
on的mm被据，然后就是我，古怪迅速的pass，后面插了一个plmm（漂亮妈妈）带一个淘
气宝宝，过了，然后才是那对携行的，没有pass。F1是6过3，不过俺看俺们六组七人都
应该过的。
专业分析：
势道真是变了，去年的时候商学院的好像很难有过的，今年刷刷的过，自费的MBA的少有
不过，经济类，文科类也比较容易，某些理科反倒很难，生物化学都不容易，尤其物理
更难，还有工作经验也从硬伤变成香饽饽了。从大体上讲，应该是有所原因的，俺只知
道商学院的一些情况。MBA确实不少人回来创业当老板，而美国MBA整体就业危机，顶极
学院的MBA平均起薪从去年的13来万刀降到了今年10多万刀，比如Harvard、Stanford、
Wharton和Sloan等，就业率也下降，也许VO以为美国毕业就失业的首选就是俺们中国人
吧，商学院已经被一些文章列入难以就业的专业之中。国内商学院则日趋越红火，香港
科技、清华、北大、长江等都有钱而有前途，这日益给人充分的回国理由，推动着商学
院的签证越来越容易。
